Our On-premise staff training events help to inform your team members on all the topics your guests may ask. These days, a single poor review due to lack of knowledge can label the entire staff as untrained.

We take a direct approach to training, listening to all the questions your staff have, making it as interactive and evenly paced as possible. Over the span of two hours, we can take the newest server and give them the knowledge to approach tables with confidence.
